By submitting an enquiry or booking an appointment with TatsByEllss, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
A non-refundable £25 deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be paid while booking, 30% of your total is required for bookings £100+ otherwise your booking will not be confirmed. No appointments are reserved without a deposit. And the remaining balance is to be paid on the day.
YOU MUST ENQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING. Bookings are to be made via Website. Message with your ideas, and any images you have for inspiration. You can then pick a date/time from my availability. If you are booking for more than one person - this MUST be made clear to me. (Deposit/Late Fees are charged per person)
Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times. A third reschedule will result in the appointment being cancelled and a new deposit being required to book again. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance via DM. Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited and £20 fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will require a £30 fee to make any future bookings.Failure to show without informing me will result in being instantly barred and deposit will not be refunded.
If you are late for any reason i must be informed. Anything later than 5 mins will result in a £10 late fee. 10-15 mins late will have a fee of £20 and anything later is £30 or may result in your appointment being cancelled. Late fees MUST be paid before the appointment can continue.
For any bookings to be made you must present a Valid form of ID, to prove you are 18+. Ages 16-17 require parental consent and Photo ID. Failure to provide any of these will result in your appointment not being made.
Clients must inform the artist before their appointment if they are taking antibiotics, blood thinners, or any medication that may affect the tattooing or healing process. Failure to disclose this information may result in the appointment being postponed and the deposit forfeited.
Minor design changes can usually be discussed before your appointment. Major design changes may require rescheduling.
Failure to follow my aftercare instructions may result in your healed tattoo being patchy/faded. I will not be liable for this, and you will be charged for a touch up - if this is what you want.
